Service Privacy Policy

1. Scope and responsibility

DLGNT Solutions LLC (DLGNT, we, us, or our) provides creator marketing, TikTok Shop affiliate management, creator community management, product listing and SKU support, advertising configuration, and performance reporting. This policy covers personal information handled in those services and direct business communications. When we process information on behalf of a client shop, we follow the applicable agreement and authorized instructions. The client and platform may have their own privacy notices.

2. Information and sources

Depending on the service, we handle names, business details, email addresses, phone numbers, social media handles, profile links, creator applications, campaign communications, collaboration status, sample coordination details, and authorized shop and campaign metrics. Shipping information is handled only when needed for sample coordination. Information comes from individuals, client brands, permitted public or business sources, and authorized platform tools. A public profile does not make every associated contact detail available or unrestricted.

3. TikTok Shop data and intended API use

Our TikTok Shop API integration is planned. Any future API access will depend on approved permissions and the relevant account authorization. We will retrieve only data needed for permitted creator discovery, seller collaborations, creator messaging, and reporting. We will not represent API access as providing universal access to private creator contact details. We will follow applicable TikTok agreements and restrictions and will not disclose a client's restricted shop data to unrelated clients.

4. Purposes

We use information to respond to inquiries, assess creator suitability, coordinate outreach and onboarding, manage samples and collaborations, support shop operations and campaigns, communicate with clients and creators, prepare reports, administer business relationships, and meet legal and security obligations. TikTok-authorized data will be used only for purposes permitted by the relevant authorization, client instructions, and platform requirements.

5. Recipients and service providers

Information may be disclosed to the relevant client brand, participating creators, and providers needed to deliver the agreed service. Our operational tools include Excel, Google Drive for files, HubSpot for relationship management, and Discord for communications and communities. GoDaddy hosts our website. Not every provider receives every category of information. We will limit what we place in each tool to information needed and permitted for that purpose. Client information must not be placed in public channels or unrelated client communities. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights or safety. Under this policy, DLGNT will not sell personal information or disclose TikTok-authorized data for unrelated advertising or data brokerage.

6. Access, locations, and security

DLGNT staff access to the service data covered by this policy is limited to Gavin Haimovitz, Co-Founder and CEO, and Justin Arnold, Co-Founder and CMO, operating in the United States. No additional personnel or subcontractors are currently intended to access it. Cloud providers still process information to operate their services. We use screen locks, strong passwords, and two-factor authentication. We do not claim security certifications or additional technical controls that have not been verified. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Cloud storage and processing

Service records are handled on our computers and through the tools identified above. Cloud processing and storage locations depend on provider arrangements and settings; we have not verified that all processing and storage occur only in the United States. Hosting for the planned API integration has not yet been finalized. Before production API use, we will identify relevant hosting locations and provider access, complete required platform disclosures, and apply applicable transfer and security requirements.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain client campaign data while needed for the authorized engagement. When service ends, we will delete client campaign data from systems we control within 30 days, unless a shorter platform or contractual deadline applies or specific retention is legally required. We will stop API access when authorization is withdrawn and honor applicable platform deletion requirements. Deletion includes working copies, exports, and records we control in operational tools. Provider-managed backups follow the provider's deletion lifecycle; they are not promised to be erased instantly. Any legally required records will be limited to the necessary purpose and access. Independent creator relationships and ordinary business records are reviewed when no longer needed; they do not justify retaining a former client's restricted campaign data.

9. Requests and communication choices

Email gavin@dlgntsolutions.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, or to ask about its use. We may verify identity or authority before responding. We will handle requests within applicable legal and platform requirements. For information processed for a client, we may coordinate the response with that client. Sellers can revoke authorization through the platform's controls; they may also request deletion. To stop direct promotional outreach from DLGNT, reply with an opt-out request or email us. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

10. Incidents and children

Report suspected privacy or security incidents to gavin@dlgntsolutions.com. DLGNT will investigate, take appropriate action, and provide notifications required by law, contract, and platform obligations. Our services are intended for businesses and adult creators, not children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Website scope and updates

This service policy does not describe unverified website cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or automated browser-signal behavior. Those website practices must be assessed and covered by an appropriate website notice before this policy is used as the website's sole privacy notice. Gavin Haimovitz is responsible for reviewing this policy at least annually and when service practices materially change. We will update the policy date and provide additional notice where required.
